I’m on the list at Spruce Mountain! Having worked there many times, I am familiar with all of their ceremony and reception sites, their rules and regulations, many of their staff members, and have worked with many of their required caterers.
This package includes everything in the month of coordination package in addition to:

11 hours of coordination on your wedding day
I’m on the list at Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort! I’m familiar with the venue staff and the ceremony and reception sites. This package includes everything in the month of coordination package in addition to:
Rehearsal prior to your wedding day
Up to 10 hours of coordination on your wedding day
Travel and lodging fees waived!
No travel fees for venues within 75 miles of Southern Colorado Springs, or in the Salida/Buena Vista/Nathrop area
75-100 miles of Southern Colorado Springs- $50
This includes all venues in the Denver Metro area (and many others)
100- 200 miles away from Southern Colorado Springs- $100
This includes all venues in Estes Park, Vail, Aspen (and many others.)
Additional travel fees and lodging expenses will apply to locations further than 200 miles away.
Rehearsal only Coordination: $200 + travel fee if applicable
Additional hours of coordination/setup: $150 per hour
Officiant Services: $250 + travel fee if applicable
Additional services as requested: price varies
